started as an office broker in Southern California; first with the Charles Dunn Company where he
was awarded “Rookie of the Year” and then at Cushman & Wakefield. While at Cushman &
Wakefield, Tom specialized in tenant representation in West Los Angeles and he was involved in

I began my electrical career back in 1997 right out of High School with a small firm in Sterling Heights, Michigan. We installed and wired Paint Spray booths all over Michigan and the Mid-West. I moved to Nashville in 2005 where I continued working in the electrical industry for a larger firm in Downtown Nashville installing inter-duct and feeders for all the I-65, I-40, and Briley Parkway expansion projects. Later in 2007 I joined the IBEW as a Journeyman-Wireman working at the Spring Hill GM plant as the plant transitioned from the Saturn Vue to the Traverse. In 2010, I returned to Michigan to finish my degree at Oakland University, and I continued in the electrical field as an estimator/project manager thru 2015. Finally, in 2016 I began in the standards industry with NSF International in Ann Arbor, MI.
I have also served on the Planning Commission with the Village of Pinckney (Michigan) from 2018-2020 and was the chair of ACES (American Council of Electrical Safety) from 2018-2021. I was also a voting member of CACES (which is Canada’s version of ACES) from 2017-2021and provided Canada with the US updates at the annual meetings. I taught at Southern Technical College from 2021-2023 as an adjunct professor as an Electrical Instructor for new students entering the field.
I began my real estate career in the fall/winter of 2020 with Berkshire Hathaway before quickly moving to Coldwell Banker Commercial in April of 2021 under Broker Danny Nix. With Danny’s group I dealt mainly with Commercial leases in the greater Charlotte County Area while working on a few purchases along the way.
